Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO management systems and compliance processes
- Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate and well-structure compliance records, documentation and audit evidence
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings, and track timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps
- Support the review, update and controlled distribution of policies, procedures, and internal compliance documentation
- Assist in data protection (GDPR) activities, including documentation and tracking
- Prepare reports, summaries, status updates and dashboards for compliance activities
- Collaborate with different business units to ensure alignment with standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality, ISO systems, audits, or similar roles
- Familiarity with structured environments and documentation-heavy processes
- Exposure to audits and compliance monitoring
- Basic understanding of GDPR principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Good level of English
Will be considered a plus:
- ISO / Internal Auditor training or certifications
- Experience with compliance or documentation and project management tools
