About the Role

Join a technology-driven organization where compliance is embedded in the way we operate—not treated as a formality.

You will gain hands-on exposure to structured compliance frameworks, real audit processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to accelerate their development in compliance, ISO systems, and data protection within a well-organized and evolving environment.

About The Role

  • Gain exposure to ISO standards, GDPR practices, and external audits
  • Be part of a function that interacts with the entire organization
  • Develop practical, transferable compliance expertise
  • Contribute to building and improving processes—not just maintaining them

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO management systems and compliance processes
  • Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
  • Maintain accurate and well-structure compliance records, documentation and audit evidence
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings, and track timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps
  • Support the review, update and controlled distribution of policies, procedures, and internal compliance documentation
  • Assist in data protection (GDPR) activities, including documentation and tracking
  • Prepare reports, summaries, status updates and dashboards for compliance activities
  • Collaborate with different business units to ensure alignment with standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality, ISO systems, audits, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with structured environments and documentation-heavy processes
  • Exposure to audits and compliance monitoring
  • Basic understanding of GDPR principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Good level of English

Will be considered a plus:

  • ISO / Internal Auditor training or certifications
  • Experience with compliance or documentation and project management tools

What You Will Gain

  • Real, hands-on exposure to compliance in a certified and audited environment
  • The opportunity to build a solid professional foundation in compliance, governance, and risk-related practices
  • Continuous learning through practical involvement, not just theory
  • A structured workplace that supports empowerment, ownership, and professional growth

The selection process follows the principles of fairness, equal treatment and non-discrimination, applying consistent, role-related evaluation criteria. Application data is processed in accordance with Archeiothiki’s Personal Data Protection Policy for Candidate Employees.
