Customer Service Associate – Aspropyrgos

Archiothiki S.A. is a strategic partner in Information Management, collaborating with numerous companies and organizations across Greece.
With a steady growth rate and more than 550 employees, our company is seeking a Customer Operations Support Associate.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing a wide range of customer requests, preparing regular reports, and coordinating communications with internal departments to ensure optimal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer requests received through all platforms and email.
  • Daily communication with customers to address their needs.
  • Managing tasks according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of each client.
  • Preparing reports for the Operations and Logistics department.
  • Managing correspondence.
  • Collaborating with other departments and providing daily support to the Sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent computer skills, including ERP software proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial company is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
