With a steady growth rate and more than 550 employees, our company is seeking a Customer Operations Support Associate.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing a wide range of customer requests, preparing regular reports, and coordinating communications with internal departments to ensure optimal customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer requests received through all platforms and email.
- Daily communication with customers to address their needs.
- Managing tasks according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of each client.
- Preparing reports for the Operations and Logistics department.
- Managing correspondence.
- Collaborating with other departments and providing daily support to the Sales team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Excellent computer skills, including ERP software proficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial company is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
