Key Responsibilities:
- Document Unstapling: Removal of binding materials (staples, clips) to prepare documents for digitization.
- Document Sorting and Identification: Categorization of documents based on their content and importance for digitization.
- Document Organization and Preparation for Digitization: Sorting and aligning documents to ensure accurate digital capture.
- Document Indexing: Labeling and categorizing documents to enable future search and processing.
- Archive Management (Physical & Digital): Organizing physical archives and recording them in storage systems.
- Data Security Compliance: Ensuring data protection throughout the digitization process, in accordance with the company’s security policies.
Requirements:
- High School, IEK, or TEI graduate.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge and use of software tools for data entry and management (computer literacy and fast typing skills).
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Good knowledge of English for document reading and categorization (file registration).
