We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer passionate about Deep Learning and NLP to join our AI Services team. If you’re excited by solving real-world NLP challenges using Transformer architecture, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for NLP tasks, using Transformer-based architecture
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
- Translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions with real-world impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, domain experts) to integrate models into products
- Deploy models into production environments with a focus on performance and robustness
- Document findings and stay current with the latest research and trends in NLP and Deep Learning
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and ML workflows
- Solid understanding of deep learning concepts, especially Transformers
- Proven-on experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from research to deployment
- Ability to align ML solutions with broader business objectives
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of model quantization techniques
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models)
- Familiarity with CUDA programming
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Containerizing ML applications with Docker
