Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and deployment of scalable ML systems. You will play a key role in architecting solutions, mentoring engineers, and delivering production-grade AI capabilities that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models from design to production
- Oversee and mentor a team of ML engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and code quality
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and training workflows
- Design and implement MLOps infrastructure to automate model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Integrate ML models into scalable services and APIs using production-grade Python code
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and annotation teams to align ML solutions with business goals
- Monitor and retrain models proactively to avoid performance degradation
- Document technical solutions and participate in code reviews
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Practical experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proven experience managing or mentoring technical teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
🔧 Desirable Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with large-scale ML systems and distributed training
- Familiarity with CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Knowledge of security, performance, and monitoring best practices for ML applications
