We’re hiring: Senior Technology Project Manager | Athens – Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take charge of cutting-edge projects in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), automation, and workflow digitization.
You’ll be the go-to person connecting clients, developers, and stakeholders — turning business needs into real, working solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead full project lifecycles — from concept to delivery
- Manage client relationships and drive adoption of automation tools
- Oversee projects involving AI, ML, OCR, APIs, Digital Signing and Document Management Systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate the technical proposal writing for RFPs
- Organize all inbound and outbound documentation per project (Requirements, Manuals, Contracts, Invoices)
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience managing tech or digital transformation projects
- Solid understanding of IDP tools (ABBYY, Tesseract, Google Gemini) and DMS platforms (ELO)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & coordination skills
- Passion for technology, innovation, and structured delivery
