Facilities & Security Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Security Manager to support the operation, maintenance, and safety of our company’s buildings across Athens and regional Greece. The role involves coordination of maintenance activities, oversight of physical security measures, and adherence to Health & Safety and Fire Safety standards.
The position reports to the Head of Operations & Logistics.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and cleanliness of all company facilities.

Coordinate the Facilities team and external technical partners.

Conduct routine inspections and maintain relevant documentation.

Oversee preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance.

Manage collaborations with contractors, technicians, and suppliers.

Implement and supervise physical security measures (access control, guarding, systems).
-
Monitor compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and firefighting infrastructure.

Support the maintenance and review of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Contribute to the standardization and consistency of facility‑related procedures.

Use digital tools for reporting, monitoring, and workflow management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Technical Services, Facilities Management, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in facility management or technical operations.

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations, Fire Safety requirements, and security procedures.

Excellent command of MS Office and digital tracking tools.

Valid driver’s license and availability for travel to sites across Greece.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
