🔎 About the Role
Our company, Archeiothiki S.A. is looking for a Financial Planning & Analyst to support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
🧩Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes
- Coordinate month-end close inputs and prepare monthly management reports
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver insights on performance drivers
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to provide actionable financial insights
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies
🎓Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business planning, or analytical roles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced or growth environments is preferred
