Archeiothiki S.A., a leading company in Information Management, Digital Archiving, Digitization, and Intelligent Document Processing, is looking for a Mid Business Analyst & Delivery Consultant to join its growing AI & Document Automation team.
This role combines Business Analysis, Consulting, and Solution Delivery, offering the opportunity to work on AI-driven, document-centric solutions for large enterprise clients.
🧩 Role Responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops and requirement-gathering activities related to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and document-centric business workflows (e.g. invoice processing, contract management 📄).
- Support the analysis of business needs and contribute to the design of AI-enabled document automation solutions.
- Assist in documenting business processes, functional requirements, AI use cases, and workflows.
- Participate in delivery activities across the full project lifecycle (configuration, testing, validation).
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
- Support solution deployment preparation and post-implementation validation activities.
- Engage with client stakeholders under senior guidance to clarify requirements and validate solution outputs.
- Contribute to delivery coordination, ensuring alignment between business expectations and implementation results.
- Support pre-sales activities 🎯, including the preparation of presentations, demos, scopes, and proposal material for AI-enabled document processing solutions.
🧠 Profile & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 🎓.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Solution Delivery roles, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of business processes, enterprise workflows, and system interactions.
- Strong interest in Intelligent Document Processing, AI automation, and document-centric solutions 🤖.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Consulting-oriented attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Motivation to grow into Senior Business Analyst or Delivery Lead roles.
