Archeiothiki S.A. is a leading provider of Information Management, Digital Archiving, Digitization, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, supporting large organizations in managing, automating, and unlocking value from document-heavy business processes.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Delivery Lead to take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven document automation initiatives and play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade IDP solutions.
🔑 Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for IDP and document automation initiatives.
- Lead delivery planning, execution alignment, and client governance forums, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Act as the primary delivery counterpart for client stakeholders on scope, priorities, and solution results.
- Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture business needs related to Intelligent Document Processing and document-heavy workflows (e.g. contract lifecycle management, invoice processing 📄).
- Analyse current business processes and document flows, identify automation opportunities, and design AI-driven target-state workflows.
- Contribute to solution design, defining end-to-end architectures and workflows that combine document management platforms, AI-based extraction/classification, and downstream business systems.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, including AI use cases, data requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (AI/ML engineers, developers) to ensure accurate, value-driven implementation aligned with business needs.
- Oversee testing strategies, validation cycles, and business acceptance readiness.
- Support pre-sales activities 🎯, including solution scoping, effort estimation, proposal preparation, demos, and client presentations.
- Contribute to service methodologies, accelerators, and best practices for AI-enabled document automation.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and quality assurance across deliverables.
- Promote a culture of delivery excellence, structured analysis, and client-centric thinking.
🧠 Profile & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field 🎓.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Solution Delivery roles, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience in analysing and designing business processes, especially document-centric or automation-driven workflows.
- Solid understanding of Intelligent Document Processing, including OCR, document classification, data extraction, and the use of AI/ML in enterprise solutions 🤖.
- Experience working with enterprise software platforms, such as document management systems, workflow solutions, or similar business applications.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into functional and solution specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and delivery ownership mindset.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI-enabled solutions in a clear, business-oriented manner.
