Key Responsibilities
You’ll own our Microsoft BI stack end‑to‑end — architecture, ETL, models, reports, dashboards. Think: shaping the backbone of how we make decisions every day.
- Designing a scalable data warehouse (SQL Server)
- Data modeling (conceptual → logical → physical)
- ETL pipelines with SSIS
- Reports & dashboards (SSRS & Power BI)
- Boosting data governance, accuracy & security
- Performance tuning & optimizing data flows
- Turning business needs into reliable data solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years in Data Engineering / BI
- Strong SQL Server experience
- Hands-on SSIS, SSRS, Power BI (DAX knowledge is a plus)
- Solid understanding of ETL & data modeling
- Great analytical & communication skills
Nice to Have
- Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse)
- Experience with BI DevOps workflows
- Knowledge of GDPR / data compliance topics
