Role Overview
As technology continues to evolve, building a secure, scalable and resilient infrastructure is more critical than ever.
We are looking for an experienced Systems & Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, implementation, support and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering or a similar role
- Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange; experience with Linux environments would be an advantage
- Solid knowledge of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls and network security
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, IT Service Management and IT governance principles, including ITIL 4
- Proven experience in documenting systems and network environments, conducting technical assessments, and contributing to the planning and delivery of complex IT projects
In this role you will
- Support the planning, design and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, networks and infrastructure services
- Contribute to infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, standards and procedures
- Conduct technical assessments and contribute to technology evaluations and solution design
- Coordinate complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to deliver secure, reliable and business-aligned solutions

Contribute to information security, business continuity, disaster recovery and compliance initiatives
