We’re looking for a Systems & Network Support professional to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT environment.
🔧 The Role
You’ll provide 1st level technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues and ensure the seamless operation of systems, applications and network connectivity.
You’ll be the go-to person for users, handling day-to-day IT requests, supporting Microsoft 365, resolving basic network issues and managing incidents through ticketing systems — all while collaborating with the wider tech team.
💻 Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users (1st level)
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office)
- Handle network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
- Assist with basic system administration tasks
- Manage incidents through ticketing systems
- Escalate issues when needed and ensure proper resolution
✅ Requirements
- Degree in IT, Networks or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems
Nice to have: PBX/VoIP, antivirus tools, asset management systems
