We seek a motivated and knowledgeable Senior Account Manager – Public Sector to spearhead our efforts in providing cutting-edge document digitalization services to government agencies and public sector organizations. The Senior Account Manager will be a key driver in understanding the unique challenges of the public sector, promoting the benefits of our digitalization solutions, and fostering strong partnerships to support the modernization of document management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target government agencies, public institutions, and other public sector entities as potential clients for our document digitalization services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the document management landscape within the public sector, including compliance requirements, security protocols, and workflow challenges.
• Collaborate closely with our technical team to customize and tailor our document digitalization solutions to meet the specific needs of public sector clients.
• Craft compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that highlight the advantages of transitioning to digital document management.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders within target organizations to position our solutions effectively.
• Stay abreast of government initiatives, regulatory changes, and funding opportunities that could influence the adoption of digitalization services.
• Lead the preparation and submission of proposals and bids in response to public sector RFPs and tenders.
• Maintain accurate records of all public sector sales activities, including meetings, communications, and opportunities, using CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven track record of a minimum 3 years of successful sales in the public sector, preferably within technology or software solutions.
• Strong understanding of document management processes, digitalization trends, and information security in the public sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with public sector stakeholders.

We seek a motivated and knowledgeable Compliance Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance and information security programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. They will also conduct security audits and risk assessments and develop and deliver security awareness training.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and manage the Quality and Information Security Management Systems of the Company, following standards such as 9001, 14001, 27001, 27701, 22301, 45001, 37001.

· Draft, update, and revise System documents (policies, procedures, guidelines) to shape a flexible system.

· Identify, conduct risk analysis and evaluation of quality system risks related to compliance and information security prevention.

· Formulate proposals, preventive measures, and management methods for identified risks.

· Monitor compliance with ISO standards and other regulations, including policies related to information security.

· Audit, assess, and report on the effectiveness of existing processes and relevant deviations applied by the company.

· Prepare, conduct, implement, and analyze results of internal inspections, Certification Body audits, and third-party audits.

· Train staff on compliance matters, ISO management system requirements, and information security, creating corresponding training materials.

· Propose new measures to improve and enhance the company’s compliance and security level.

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree from university or technical institute, postgraduate degree will be an asset.

· Experience in ISO standards and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIS, NIST, etc.).

· Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor experience will be considered as a plus.

· Excellent knowledge of English.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Familiarity with GRC platforms is desirable.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• You will play an active role in the design and develop our new customer service platform.
• Contribute to the re-engineering and modernization of the existing facilities’ storage management system.
• Craft solutions based on customer’s industry with data models and processes that fit into their current technology landscape.
•  Apply expertise and mentoring to customers during the installation and configuration of the software.
• Actively involved with the Pre–Sales activities acting as an IT Consultant (create demos, presentations, and consultation to prospect clients).
• Identify customer pain points, existing technology environment and relevant integration points, technical risks and challenges, and detailed solution
  requirements.
• Develop and restructure the main database for the Document Management System application for existing and new customers.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in an IT, engineering related field (Master’s degree will be
